What materials do you use in your jewellery?
We use only high-quality precious metals, including 925 sterling silver and 14k or 18k solid gold. All our gemstones are ethically sourced and hand-selected for their brilliance and clarity.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and custom-made pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, all Meadowlark Jewellery items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain its shine, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying lotions. Clean your pieces gently with a soft microfibre cloth and store them in the provided pouch to prevent scratching.
