At Meadowlark Jewellery, we want you to cherish your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all luxury packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Send your package using a trackable and insured shipping service to the return address provided by our support team.

  Quality Audit & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
